an A-frame bookshelf.
a vanity jar in the bathroom.
assorted *candlesticks.
assorted *frames.
an imac.
an ipad.

*in bright colours: white, mustard, orange, eggplant purple, turquoise

COMPLETE, well almost :)

a reminder to myself that there's more to life. watching this video was surreal and it made me cry. I like to continue feeling this way to always keep my feet on the ground.

well, after days and weeks of consideration, I've decided to recreate this blog. maybe because I feel I need to make a promise to myself to stick to one thing and make it happen. or maybe because I feel I need a change.

as an ice breaker, I’m going to start off by introducing myself with the 5 W's.

who?

my name is Umi Kalsom, I'm from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I prefer to be called, superumi in the cyberworld and have been using this name since 2007 when I first started blogging back then. I guess, superumi has now become the name of my alter-ego.

what?

this blog is to share my passion for family, friends, fashion, food and everything in between. I’m constantly being inspired by things around me :)

when?

this blog's official date of birth is 3rd March 2012.

where?

most of the post in this blog will be posted from Wellington, New Zealand and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

why?

as stated above, I would really like to keep this blog frequently updated and to keep to my promises. hopefully this new breath will help me in realizing my intentions :)
